Robbie Farr wrapped up his second consecutive Ultimate Sprintcar Championship QLD series over the BK Trading sponsored Easter weekend at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway.
Despite hectic competition from series front-runners Andrew Scheuerle and Lachlan McHugh it was the ECP Racing #7 of Farr that came home with his second Ultimate Sprintcar Championship this season.
His 2018/2019 season has already been something that dreams are made of with the Ultimate Sprintcar Championship SA win, the Warrnambool Classic win, runner-up in the Ultimate Sprintcar Championship NSW and now the QLD victory.
With one more Sprintcar event on the calendar for the ECP Racing team at the QLD Sprintcar Championship on May 4 and May 5 in Toowoomba there’s even more chances for Farr to shine.
Lachlan McHugh did his best to run down Robbie but a DNF on Good Friday for the Miami based hard charger and a win for Farr made it almost impossible for a comeback win on Sunday.
McHugh did his best to charge back with a stellar win on the Sunday night whilst Farr knew he had to finish the main event to scored the USC QLD series title – a feat he managed in one of the best races of the season.
Popular QLD racer Bryan Mann finished second with talented NSW wheeler Jackson Delamont placing third.
