CHARITY CHALLENGE PUTS TOP GUNS TO THE TEST AT TBAR!

Toowoomba’s best Ultimate Sprintcar exponents will be put to the test this Friday all in the name of a good cause as they contest the first ever "Toowoomba Ice Charity Challenge."

Andrew Scheuerle, Peter Lack, Dave Whell, Mark Pholi and Anthony Lambert will be racing the clock on a short infield course in one of Hi-Tec Oils Speedway’s push cars, with the quickest time awarded $250 to donate to their favourite charity.

Lambert was quick to nominate Ronald McDonald House with Pholi appointing the Queensland Cancer Council and Whell supporting Beyond Blue. Andrew Scheuerle designated MetroCare and Withcott’s Peter Lack confident of winning the money for “It’s a Bloke Thing.”

The Challenge will be scheduled between the rounds of the Sprintcar heats and is set to add some spice to an already impressive schedule of Ultimate Sprintcars, Wingless Sprints and Modlites.

Tickets for the Toowoomba event are available at the gate from 3pm or right now at www.SpeedwayTickets.com.au with the opening ceremony at 6pm. Details are available at toowoombaspeedway.com or the Hi-Tec Oils Speedway Facebook page.
